Philmont Country Club, with its historic background and classic architecture, has been a staple for family golf in Huntingdon Valley for over a century.
Philmont Country Club is rich in golf history and has been touched by many world-renowned designers and players alike. Golfers of all abilities can enjoy 18 holes of golf, situated on the Club's beautifully landscaped property. In addition to the championship golf course, Philmont Country Club has a driving range, short game area, two practice putting greens, and a three-hole practice loop. The new three-hole loop consists of a par 3, par 4 and par 5, all of which are designed to be fun for families. Campers will have the opportunity to utilize the Club's many spectacularly maintained practice facilities to learn and improve their golf skills. The coaching team goes out of their way to make sure all children feel welcome, and they very much look forward to working with each and every camper this summer!

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

Mike Dynda, PGA - Camp Director
Mike Dynda, Director of Instruction at Philmont Country Club, brings over 35 years of PGA membership expertise. A seasoned and award-winning instructor, Dynda was named the 2005 Philadelphia PGA Teacher of the Year and the 2013 CAA Coach of the Year. Recognized by Golf Digest among the "Best Teachers in State" since 2008, he was also recognized as the "Best of Philly Golf Coach" for 2014 and 2015. He has helped clients compete in major championships and break 100 for the first time. With experience coaching golfers of all levels, he is committed to helping every player achieve their goals.
