Riverwood Golf Club is a fantastic location for juniors to learn more about the game of golf, equipped with top-notch facilities and a highly acclaimed layout. With five different tee sets on the course, golfers of all skill levels can enjoy challenging themselves on the fantastic layout designed by David Postlethwait. With a full complement of practice facilities, juniors can practice every shot in the bag.

Camp Highlights:
- Action-packed camps, which include hands-on instruction led by certified PGA of America Golf Professionals and/or LPGA Teaching Professions.
- Signature PGA camp curriculum focuses on developing golf skills (full swing, short game, rules and etiquette) while keeping the experience fun and engaging (games and activities).
- A fun, safe and educational environment designed with your child's well being in mind.
- Low student to instructor ratio (approximately 6:1)
Half Day Camps are designed to inspire new golfers at the beginning of their journey and further the development of those playing at a beginner to intermediate level. Camps will cover golf fundamentals including posture, grip, putting, chipping, pitching, full swing and simple rules and etiquette. Participants are segmented into smaller groups based on their experience and age to create a favorable and fun learning environment. Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate.

Michael Roberts is a golf instructor and the current Assistant Golf Professional at Riverwood Golf Club, where he’s been part of the team for the past three years.
A U.S. Air Force veteran, Michael served for five years before discovering golf as a way to decompress and challenge himself. What began as a casual interest quickly grew into a lasting passion that now shapes his career.
At Riverwood, Michael works with players of all ages and skill levels, focusing on making the game more approachable and enjoyable. His teaching style emphasizes progress, confidence, and staying connected to the reasons people play in the first place.
